Blayne Pate & Chuck Belt

Blayne Pate is our leading Audio & Live Sound Engineer at New Life Christian Center. Blayne has been married to Alexis Pate for 5 years, and they have two children: Kynlee and Kasen. Blayne started assisting with sound at NLCC in 2024. Blayne’s role includes adjusting and maintaining sound for live and in-house feed. Blayne also helps with all sound and light needs for special events. A fun fact about Blayne is that he is a die-hard New England Patriots fan. 

Chuck Belt serves as the main drummer for the NLCC Praise & Worship team, bringing energy and passion to every service. In addition to his role in the praise team, he assists with audio when needed.  Chuck is married to Mandi Belt, and together, they have two children, Ansley and CJ. When the Equality Christian School was operating, Chuck attended and graduated from school here!
